«Pli», «malpli»

570. PLI = more, -er (comparison between two objects). Pli bela, more beautiful. Pli akra, sharper; pli malakra, blunter. Pli sana, better (in health); pli bona, better (in quality). Pli malsana (malbona), worse. Pli juna, younger; pli nova, newer; pli maljuna (malnova), older (according to sense). Pli kaj pli, more and more.

571. MALPLI = less. Malpli akra, less sharp (both are sharp). Malpli malakra, less blunt (both are blunt). Malpli bona, less good; malpli malbona, less bad. Pli aŭ malpli, pli-malpli, more or less.
