7.5. Новое гражданское пространство информационной войны
Основные войны сегодня развиваются вне пространства собственно военных действий. Основным стало информационно-коммуникативное пространство, которое работает с гражданским населением. Это связано с целым рядом причин, число которых только будет расти в дальнейшем. Среди них на сегодня на первое место вышли следующие:
– наличие «домашнего фронта» – без поддержки в тылу войны не выигрываются;
– необходимость говорить с населением противоположной стороны;
– потребность в поддержке со стороны нейтральных стран.
