The first category is always the man of the present, the second the man of the future.	Первый разряд всегда - господин настоящего, второй разряд - господин будущего.
The first preserve the world and people it, the second move the world and lead it to its goal.	Первые сохраняют мир и приумножают его численно; вторые двигают мир и ведут его к цели.

"Literally."	- Буквально.

"They begin executing other people?"	- Сами начинают казнить?
"If it's necessary; indeed, for the most part they do.	- Если надо и, знаете, даже большею частию.

But tell me this: how do you distinguish those extraordinary people from the ordinary ones?	Но вот что скажите: чем же бы отличить этих необыкновенных-то от обыкновенных?
Are there signs at their birth?	При рождении, что ль, знаки такие есть?
