Глаза, как вы помните, являются зеркалом души. Соответственно, чем чище душа, тем светлее взгляд. Что может быть красивее ясных и добрых глаз?!

As you remember, your eyes are the mirror of your soul. The purer the soul is, the clearer are the eyes. What can be more beautiful than clear and kind eyes?

<emphasis>О наших убеждениях</emphasis>

Наши убеждения, то, во что мы верим, подобны одежде, которую мы носим. Одна нас красит и дарит радость, а иная сковывает движение и приносит огорчения.

Свой первый костюм мы получаем от родителей или людей, воспитывающих нас. Дальше нам могут предлагать различные наряды. Что-то мы берём, от чего-то отказываемся.

А комфортно ли нам в том костюме, который надет на нас сейчас или стоит переодеться?

<emphasis>Our Belies</emphasis>

Our beliefs are just like our clothes. Some of them make us look pretty and feel happy, while others hinder our movements and make us feel sad.

We get our first dress from our parents or the people who bring us up. Then we are offered different ones. We take some of them and reject others.

Are you comfortable wearing your current dress, or would it be better to change it?

Нет людей хороших и нет людей плохих. Все рождены хорошими! Есть хорошие поступки и плохие поступки!

There are no good or bad people. All of us are born to be good. Those are people’s deeds that can be good or bad.

<emphasis>О помощи</emphasis>

Если вам нужна помощь, просите о ней, ищите помощников! Не замыкайтесь в себе! Вокруг вас много людей! Кто-нибудь обязательно поможет! Иногда нужно быть сильным не для того, чтобы молчать о своих трудностях, а для того, чтобы просить о поддержке. Сказать о своих слабостях – это тоже сила.

<emphasis>Getting Help</emphasis>

If you need help, ask for it, look for people who are ready to help you. Don’t get locked in yourself. There are many people around you, and someone will definitely help you! Sometimes you need courage not to hide that you’re having difficulties, but to ask for help. Speaking about your weakness is your strength.

Не просите ничего у Бога! Говорите Ему «СПАСИБО»!

<emphasis>Requests</emphasis>

Don’t ask God for anything – just thank Him!

<emphasis>О радости</emphasis>

Радости вам такой,

чтобы хотелось прыгать до потолка или до неба; чтобы по телу разливалось тепло и бегали мурашки; чтобы расправились плечи и засиял взгляд;

чтобы ваши губы расплывались в улыбке незаметно для вас;

чтобы погода казалась чудесной независимо от её проявлений;

чтобы силы и энергия били фонтаном;

чтобы сердце ликовало;

чтобы душа пела!

I wish you so much joy that would make you:

Want to jump up to the ceiling or the sky

Feel warm in all of your body

Straighten your shoulders and look at the world with shining eyes;

Smile without even noticing it

Think the weather is fine no matter what it’s really like

Have a fountain of energy inside

Have a triumphant heart and a singing soul!

<emphasis>О решениях</emphasis>

Наши решения подобны ходам в лабиринте. Одни ведут нас к выходу на другой уровень, а другие – в тупик.

Сделав правильный выбор, мы заметим, что обстоятельства складываются наилучшим образом, появятся помощники и так называемые проводники, мы почувствуем прилив сил и энергии, как если бы поймали нужную волну.

Тупиковый же ход вынудит нас вернуться в точку отсчёта и принимать новое решение.

<emphasis>Decisions</emphasis>

Our decisions are like moves in a maze. Some of them help us level up, and others lead us to an impasse.

Having chosen the right thing, we notice that the circumstances are the most benevolent, we find help and so called guides, we feel a surge of energy, as if we had tuned to the right wave.

Going to impasse will make us return to the start and make a new decision.
