Элиты в Германии: и сторические изменения и актуальные вызовы

Аннотация. В статье анализируется воздействие социальных и политических изменений на развитие немецких элит, их структуру и менталитет. Особое внимание уделено объединению Германии в 1990 г. Этот опыт был уникален, поскольку имело место вхождение бывшей ГДР в прочно устоявшийся западногерманский демократический порядок, что повлекло за собой «трансфер элит».

Abstract. The article analyzes the impact of social and political change on the development of German elites, their structure and mentality since the early 20^th century. Special attention is paid to the unification of Germany in 1990. It was unique, being achieved by the incorporation of the former GDR into the well-established West German democratic order, which resulted in considerable «elite transfer».
